When will my order ship?

Processing takes 3–5 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–6 business days.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet! Right now, I currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

 

What is your return policy?

I accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Personalized items, digital downloads, and opened goods are not eligible.

To request a return, email me at contact@coffeejesusmotherhood.com. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the return is received.

 

How do I contact you?

You can email me anytime at contact@coffeejesusmotherhood.com. I typically reply within 24–48 business hours.

 

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please take photos and email me right away. I will replace the item or issue a refund. Your experience matters to me.

 

Do you offer prayer requests?

Yes — always. If you need prayer, just send me a message through the contact form or email me. I’d love to pray for you and your family.

 

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Email me immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, I can update the address for you.

 

Do you offer custom or personalized items?

Not at this time, but I hope to in the future!
