Shipping policy

At Coffee, Jesus & Motherhood, every item is created and packaged with love, intention, and prayer. From candles and journals to mugs and apparel, each product is made to pour encouragement into your everyday life.

Processing Times

Because most of our items are handmade, please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipping. Each item is crafted with care to ensure quality and meaning in every detail.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates + Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship via USPS, UPS, and other trusted carriers. Once shipped, most orders within the U.S. arrive in 3–8 business days, depending on your location.

Local Pickup or Delivery

At this time, we do not offer local pickup or in-person delivery. All orders are shipped directly from our studio or fulfillment partners.

International Shipping

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. We hope to expand in the future—stay tuned!

Shipping Delays or Lost Packages

Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery times are out of our control. If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package hasn’t arrived, please:

  1. Double-check your shipping address in your confirmation email
  2. Look around your mailbox, porch, or delivery area
  3. Allow 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark items early
  4. Contact your local post office or carrier for help

While we can’t be responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll do our best to help however we can.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we’re happy to resend it—but an additional shipping fee may apply.
